Because many of our services involve customized work and reserved project time, refunds are handled as follows:

Due to their downloadable nature, digital products are non-refundable.

Clients may cancel a service before work begins for a full refund.

Once work has started, refunds may be issued only for the portion of work not yet completed.

If Digital With Donna is unable to provide the agreed service, an appropriate refund will be issued.
